Puerta Verde is a large exclusive one bedroom apartment with amazing views located in Malaga’s most treasured 280 year old building where Picasso lived and painted. This sophisticated apartment overlooks the trees, monuments, activity and restaurants of Plaza de la Merced, Malaga’s central Plaza. This apartment features a recent deluxe renovation that has airy 4.2 meter high wooden beamed ceilings, the original 18th century stone tile floor and tall three meter doors in the very center of Malaga.

Spain has short term stay form to be filled out with Passport/Name per guest. Please see below icon for Spain’s Visiting Forms.

The entrances to the apartments are controlled by a code box making entrance and departure very easy and at your convenience. This apartment is on the first floor of a four floor building with a wide staircase with elevator.

Parking

Puerta Verde does not have parking available but please visit your choice of two public parking lots within a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

Puerta Verde Guide lines

• Check-in 3 pm and later
• Check-out 11 am
• Maximum of 3 Guests
• Not suitable for children under 12 or infants
• Pets can possibly be allowed with permission
• The bedsheets and towels will be changed on the 4th day of your stay.

Additional rules

• Turn off the A/C/heaters when leaving the apartment

• No shoes or food on the sofa/ottoman/chairs/beds
• Please do not touch or remove artwork
• No parties or events
• Noise reduced hours from 10 pm to 8 am

Cancellation Policy

25% prepayment upon reservation. The remaining amount due will be taken from your Credit Card 3 days before arrival. A full 25% prepayment return is given with a 7 day before arrival cancellation notification.
